| 4 | range fed boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb) |
| 1 | tablespoon olive oil or sub coconut oil |
| 3 | organic cloves garlic, finely chopped |
| 2 | organic red or green jalapeño chiles, seeded, finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon fermented soy sauce |
| 2 | tablespoon raw honey |
| 1/4 | cup chopped fresh organic basil leaves |
| 1 | tablespoon chopped fresh organic mint leaves |
| 1 | tablespoon chopped soaked raw nuts of choice if desired |
| 1. | Cut each chicken breast into 4 pieces. |
| 2. | grease 12 ” cooking tray with coconut oil. Add olive oil; heat over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, garlic and chilies in oil 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in center. Stir in sauce and honey. Sprinkle with basil, mint and nuts. |
